Join Moore Life Counseling – A Collaborative, Trauma-Informed Mental Health Practice

Trauma-Informed Therapist (W-9 Employee)
Moore Life Counseling
West Des Moines,
In-Person Opportunities

We’re looking for clinicians who are passionate about blending creativity with evidence-based therapy.

If you believe therapy should be both grounded and personalized, and you enjoy helping clients move through adversity to build a life they love, you’ll fit well here.

Are you a therapist who believes healing happens through connection, collaboration, and comprehensive trauma care, not isolation and productivity pressure?

Do you feel drawn to trauma-focused, experiential, and integrative work, and want to grow in a practice that supports you as both a clinician and a human?

Moore Life Counseling is a growing, trauma-informed group practice seeking licensed mental health professionals who value depth, growth, and team-based care.

Who We Are

We are an integrative, trauma-informed practice rooted in compassion, clinical excellence, and whole-person care. Our work blends evidence-based trauma modalities, experiential interventions, coping skill development, and, when desired, faith and spirituality.

• Growth over stagnation

• Want to expand beyond traditional talk therapy
